1. Sug-PAA are convenient coating reagents for polystyrene and PCV plates, as well as nitrocellulose membranes in different solid phase assays as ELISA, ELLA etc., not only for antibody- and lectin studies, but also for glycosyltransferase and glycosidase assays. In case when the enzymes are assayed the product of the enzymatic reaction to be detected – a newly attached or splitted a monosaccharide moiety is quantified with corresponding lectin or antibody. We provide custom design of immunological plates precoated with one glycoconjugate or set of different glycoconjugates.

2. Sug-PAA can be covalently attached to the beads - giving rise a glycosylated latexes or adsorbents, or glycosylated surfaces, for example for biocompatibility improvement of materials contacting with blood cells, or to study cell motility, or for design of specific SPR chip. Radioactive labeling is the way to measure real quantity of Sug-PAA coated on a surface and to control release of such conjugate. Sug-PAA-³H are used in Scintillation Proximity Assay-based HTP screening and for control of solid phase coating with Sug-PAAs. We provide custom covalent "carbohydrating" of plastic, metal, glass and other surfaces with saccharides of our list or other carbohydrates.
